Irv Edwards, M.D., FACEP

Principal

Dr. Edwards is a Principal and co-founder of AnesthesiaWorks and is the founder of Emergent Medical Associates.

Mark R. Bell, M.D., FACEP

Principal

Dr. Bell is a Principal and co-founder of AnesthesiaWorks and advocates regionally and nationally on a variety of physician related issues.

Sami Zamzam, M.D.

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Zamzam is a distinguished anesthesiologist with over two decades of experience in various medical and academic roles.

Jared Chase, D.O.

Regional Director

Dr. Chase did his residency at the Cleveland Clinic and is an expert in anesthesia operations, perioperative services, and patient care.

Sameer Khan, M.D.

Regional Director

Dr. Khan did his fellowship at Stanford and is an expert in perioperative and critical care medicine quality and outcome optimization.

We have a management services organization (MSO) that is dedicated to handle all aspects of operations so you, the provider, can focus on your clinical activities. The MSO is responsible for recruiting, credentialing, scheduling, revenue cycle management, reimbursement, MIPS/MACRA reporting, project management, IT, and other general and operational activities.
